Though I have 9 pages done for the revamp, I would feel terribly guilty if I started something and couldn’t update in a timely matter. @anon3: ahh good question!  I think this changes a lot but right now I’ve been in a huge mood for 90’s grungy, mopey stuff. hahaha I think in large part due to HamletMachine’s incredible SlasherBoy character. <3  I suppose specifically I have had some Portishead, No Min Woo’s Trap, Bjork’s Army Of me, Tabbacco’s Sweatmother, Astronautalis’  The River The Woods, Gotye’s Somebody That I Used to Know, and Beethoven’s Symphony No.7 In A, Op. 92, 2nd Movement Allegretto on repeat a lot lately.  I hope that if anyone is in a music rut (like I usually am) this list can be of some help.

@itsflowever: Ohh oh Alexei, thank you darling!! hahaha Oh gosh, I was reading through my inbox in front of my sister and got all overcome with emotion! <x’D HAHAHA hnngg you are lavishing me in so many wonderful words, I feel like I don’t actually deserve, but I completely appreciate it! haha *tears up*  And your invite is so so compassionate and thoughtful!  Oh gosh, darling, I would hate to intrude!  I am a pretty pathetic and socially awkward gremlin, and I would never want to inconvenience you and your buds at Otakon or be a burden. But I assure you, if I ever go to Otakon it would be a dream to meet up with you guys and hang out for a bit (if you’d like). ;’ )

@ninelivesdowntoseven: AWWW hahaha omg!  I am incredibly flattered!!  Thank you so much for having a bit of an interest in them! I hope that when I actually get to the comic, they won’t disappoint you or fall short. I have trouble describing things succinctly, please forgive my rambling answer.
The story takes place in 1914 California and is about Lewis, a child laborer at a steel mill, who is put in a tough position by his bully of a boss, Davey, only exacerbated by the domineering and obsessive pharmacist’s assistant, Gabriel.  I guess the short version of it is about Lewis’ shitty little life and the uncomfortable position he’s put in by having to choose between the lesser of two evils.  <x’D
Lewis fights himself between being meek and submissive and doing what’s “right” for others versus embracing his needs and asserting himself to do what’s best for him. 
Gabe is controlling, rich, smart, arrogant and …a big fat douche who has become fixated on Lew.;;;
Davey is Lewis’ hardass teenage boss who takes his personal frustrations out on his workers with his little angry fists, then goes home and cries and drinks quite a lot.  He’s an asshole too, but he is so pitiful I hope that there will be a few people that can find it in their hearts to not hate this character too much. <x’D
