I’m doing a demo today for a digital art class about my working process, so I completed this picture for the purpose of video recording it!
The clip hasn’t been sped up yet (I’ll have to scrub through it with my mouse) but when I convert it tonight I’ll be sure to post it online for you guys to see a work-through! :”D
The background isn’t resolved yet, but since it’s just a demo, I’ll have to go back and think about what I want it to be later. So anyhow, here are Lewis and Gabriel genderbent into Louise and Gabrielle. ♡
My poor booboo has had a fever for quite a while!! ; A ; She’s only just barely broken it, but is still out of commission with other symptoms.
I miss you very much, hamlet darling and I wish I could have been there to take care of you better. But hopefully you’ll have a speedy recovery. ♡
Um. So. These three belong to an old friend of mine by the name of Onorobo. They’re the three main characters to her comic, Something to Talk About. And I’ve been really nervous about posting this.
Basically Oni is a real huge sweety who drew me a BUNCH of gift art a year or two or three back? AND I NEVER EVEN SAID THANK YOU OTL;;; It got lost in my gift art file and I stumbled over the old art and I felt like crying because I’m such a huge jack-ass that forgets when people do nice things for me, so to make up for it, I tried to do a picture with actual composition as an apology. These three are without a doubt some of my favorite characters that I’ve ever had the pleasure of getting to know and draw. I’ve drawn them a couple of times before when Oni and I would talk more, so I felt compelled to draw them again! I’m really sorry that I’m such a horrible poop and I did my best to make this a nice gift and kept it in black and white to keep with the whole comic theme… I hope it’s not too terrible and if there’s anything else I could do to apologize, please let me know.

Ahhh Oh my god, Azu!!;;;; I- I hope I made it perfectly clear that you have never owed me a single thing and you have absolutely no reason to apologize! <x’D The art that I gave you back then was, unfortunately, not the erm… most skillfully crafted thing, and is really more of a horrible ungift at this point! I should be the one apologizing hahaha

I had to take a minute gapping at this trying to piece together the shattered remnants of my brain! This is such a surprising and amazing gift and I really have no idea what to do when … when one of the people I follow suddenly show up on my dashboard with the most amazing gifts that I do not deserve! Oh jesus! And you have already drawn me such an amazing (and b-beautifully roughed-up) picture before! Hon, I adore your art so much and your sketching is so effortlessly chic and perfect. I seriously can’t believe that you even read my comic, much less enjoy it enough to gift me with your amazing art! You are too good to me!
All I have to say about this is that I am clutching your sweet gifts to my heart and smelling the envelope deeply, only dreaming of what an incredible treasure-trove your sketchbook must be!
